CableSolve Case Studies
In 2005 Carleton University began an ambitious structured cabling upgrade to their main Ottawa Campus. 20 buildings on campus were targeted to be outfitted with Fiber and Cat6 twisted pair cabling with an eye towards future proofing the campus.
Com-Net proposed using CableSolve as the Cable Management Data Base on campus and was awarded the contract in 2005.
As of 2009, Carleton University and Com-Net have completed the original scope of the Campus renewal project and have looked to expand the documentation scope of the CableSolve database.
